- 고객이 원하는 빠른 프로덕트 딜리버리를 우선으로 생각해요. 배포 시 부터 완벽한 프로덕트는 없고, 우리의 제품은 실제 이용하는 고객의 피드백으로 완성되기 때문이에요.
- 현재 인도네시아 엔지니어 한분과 함께하고 있고 매주 전체 회의는 영어로 진행됩니다. 영어를 매우 잘 할 필요는 없지만 업무적인 의사소통에는 충분한 실력이 필요해요 (지금은 부족해도 괜찮아요, 저희가 잘 도와드릴게요!)

스포트라이트는 아직 초기 스타트업이에요. 후반 단계의 스타트업 처럼 업계 최고의 연봉을 제안드릴 순 없어도, 2~3년차 정도의 쥬니어 엔지니어분들이 스포트라이트를 통해 같이 성장해 나갈 수 있는 기회로 만들어 보고 싶어요. (1년차라 하시더라도 가파른 러닝 커브를 어필하실 수 있으시다면 괜찮습니다.)
저희는 AI 모델 자체를 개발하는 회사는 아닙니다. 존재하는 AI모델을 활용해 도메인 최초의 AI 기반 서비스를 만드는 것이 목표입니다. 서비스 개발 경험이 없더라도, AI 활용 서비스 대해 가벼운 경험이나 큰 관심이 있으신 분들을 찾고 있습니다. 오히려 서비스에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 AI 기반 기능을 접목하실 수 있는 분이라면 더욱 좋겠습니다.
2~3년차 정도의 쥬니어 웹개발자이신 경우 회사에서의 실무 경험이 부족하다고 느끼실 수도 있어요. 스포트라이트 팀은 사이드 프로젝트라고 하더라도 “제로 베이스에서 서비스를 쌓아본 경험”이 있으시다면 대환영입니다.
스포트라이트 프로덕트팀은 가급적 이터레이션을 같이 수행하고 별도의 태스크를 수행하더라도 항상 리뷰를 통해 각자의 진행상황을 공유하고 피드백을 전달합니다.

👥 This is how we work
- We prioritize fast product delivery that customers want. There is no perfect product from the initial release, and our product is completed with feedback from actual users.
- Currently, we are working with an engineer in Indonesia, and weekly meetings are conducted in English. You don't have to be very fluent in English, but you need to be able to communicate effectively for work (it's okay if you're not perfect now, we will help you!)
- Our service is mainly built on NextJS. For now, it's important to be proficient in NextJS.
- We use MUI as our design system and component library.
